More dental care under one roof
Not every visit is a check-up or a cosmetic change. These services cover urgent problems, gum health, surgery, comfort and protection, so you can get most of your care at one clinic on Wharncliffe Road South instead of being sent across the city.
Urgent and surgical care
- Emergency dental care: same-day appointments whenever we can for toothaches, broken or knocked-out teeth and swelling, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Root canal treatment: removes infection from inside a tooth and relieves the pain, so the tooth can be saved.
- Oral surgery: wisdom and impacted teeth, bone and gum grafts, sinus lifts and implant surgery.
Gum health
- Periodontal therapy: diagnosis and treatment of gum disease, from bleeding gums to bone loss, with a maintenance plan.
- Scaling and root planing: a deep cleaning below the gum line, under freezing, for gum disease.
Comfort for anxious patients
- Dental sedation: nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation and general anesthesia, matched to your level of anxiety and the treatment you need.
- Gentler computer-controlled freezing and virtual reality headsets to help you relax.
Protection and bite problems
- Night guards: protect your teeth from grinding and clenching while you sleep, and ease jaw strain.
- Sports mouthguards: custom guards for hockey, football, martial arts and other contact sports.
- TMD muscle-relaxing injections: for jaw pain and tension from clenching.
- Snoring and sleep apnea appliances: custom oral appliances that hold the jaw forward to keep the airway open.
